Jerod Reep, Owner

Jerod Reep was born in Amarillo, Texas where he spent his childhood and early adulthood. He married his high school sweetheart, April, and they have been married for 21 years. They have three children: Jaxen, Jayla, and Josiah. At the age of 17, he started working at the local bank in the mortgage loan department and fell in love with serving people through mortgage lending for the next 20+ years. In 2016, he and his family moved to the DFW area where he was introduced to Spaulding Decon. He quickly realized he had found his life’s calling in helping people in a completely different way. In 2020 Spaulding Decon Flower Mound was born. Jerod is excited to work alongside his son in this family operated business, and looks forward to serving the people of the Fort Worth-Dallas area.
